- 1 Pie Shell - uncooked
- 2 TBS Flour
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2-1/2 cups Pealed/Sliced Apples
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Fresh Pumpkin Mash
- 2/3 cups Evaporated Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 TBS Butter
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

- Mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and apples.
- Place the mixture in an uncooked pie shell.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the apples.
- Bake 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce tempurature to 350 for 30 minutes.
