APPLE FRAPPLE

Ingredients Preparation
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 Tart Apples Sliced
  • 3 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • Melt Butter in Baking Dish in a 425 degree oven.
  • Add sliced apples and return to oven until apples sizzle, about 10 minutes.
  • Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, salt, until blended. (A Blender works great.)
  • Pour batter over apples and sprinkle brown sugar over top.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes, serve immediately.
