- 6 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Flour
- 3 TBSP Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 Tart Apples Sliced
- 3 TBSP Brown Sugar

- Melt Butter in Baking Dish in a 425 degree oven.
- Add sliced apples and return to oven until apples sizzle, about 10 minutes.
- Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, salt, until blended. (A Blender works great.)
- Pour batter over apples and sprinkle brown sugar over top.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes, serve immediately.
