Our Story
Family owned and operated since 1994
In 1994, the Peifer family planted the first apple and peach trees just outside of Yellow Springs, Ohio. What was intended to only be a hobby has grown into an orchard of over 3,000 fruit trees, berries and pumpkins.
In 2004 the Peifer's moved their operation to its current location on route 68. The Farm Market now is operated by John Peifer, his daughter Emma (Peifer) Burns and her husband Sam Burns. Peifer Orchards is a community staple for locally grown produce and fresh pressed apple cider.
