Crop Report

Hi everyone! So many things to choose from in our farm market this weekend! It's the perfect late summer and early fall mix. Here's your weekly orchard update. Stop by and see us this weekend!

We've been picking lots of pumpkins and decorative gourds this week! Mums are also in and they look fabulous this year! Is it too early to start decorating for fall?? We think not!

Our heirloom tomatoes are in full swing and they have been loving the recent heat. We've been trying to find a way to fit them into every meal...they are so good!

U-Pick Apple Info:

  • Due to the expected rain this weekend we will have u-pick apples Friday as well as Saturday and Sunday.

  • Our u-pick variety is Jonathan (crunchy & tart, good for eating, excellent pie apple).

Please note that u-pick is weather dependent.

Weekend Apple Info:

McIntosh are almost ready to harvest so we will be picking in the next couple of days. Look for them in our farm market on Saturday. Macs are excellent for eating and a favorite sauce apple.

Honeycrisp will be back on Saturday. We've sold through our Honeycrisp and will be bringing some in from another family orchard in northern Ohio.

Ginger Gold and Red Free are wrapping up for the season so be sure to get some while they are still available.

Apples to look for soon: Jonagold & Early Fuji
