Crop Report: Goldrush Apple Cider & Thanksgiving Favorites
Thanks for checking in this week! Be sure to stock up on apples and cider before your Thanksgiving festivities. Crazy to think the holidays are already here again! Full list of apple varieties available (as supplies last) in our Farm Market to follow.
Our last day of the 2019 season will be Sunday, December 22nd. We will still be pressing apple cider weekly and have several apple varieties available up until then.
This week we pressed a special release of Goldrush cider in addition to our usual blend. The Goldrush cider is just a but more tart. Grab a gallon of each to share at your Thanksgiving dinners.
We've been waiting all year for our favorite Thanksgiving dishes. Hello comfort food season! We have a wide variety of pie apples and plenty of pie pumpkins. Skip the can this year and make your own pumpkin puree, you won't be sorry! If you're craving cherry or blueberry pie, we have frozen Michigan tart pitted cherries and blueberries. No Thanksgiving is complete without pie!
