Crop Report: U-Pick Blackberries

Thanks for checking in this week! We are looking forward to a beautiful weekend. Some cooler days will be so nice! Our pick-you-own blackberry patch is now open. Be sure to check berry picking off your summer bucket list!

We love sharing our farm with you! It's great to see so many of you out enjoying the Ohio farmland. There's nothing quite like a pie made with berries that you picked that day.

Here's some info about u-pick blackberries at our farm:

Stop into our Farm Market first to grab a couple pints or quarts.
We recommend bringing some water, sunscreen and bug spray.
Berry picking is open during our business hours. We ask everyone to be back up at the Farm Market to checkout fifteen minutes before our closing time.

Summer Hours:

Monday - Friday: 10am to 6pm

Saturday: 9am to 5pm

Sunday: 11am to 5pm

We are continuing to pick peaches here at our orchard and will do so for another couple weeks. Our peaches are available on a limited basis in our Farm Market. Right now we are harvesting Red Haven and Raritan Rose. Give us a call before making a special trip for Peifer peaches!

We have several varieties of locally grown grape and cherry tomatoes arrived at our Farm Market this morning. Their flavor is amazing! Be sure to snag some of these while they are in season. We are loving these dishes right now! Links to recipes below pictures.
